Decoration
All internal walls painted with warm white washable emulsion. Skirtings and architraves painted to warm eggshell white.
Hallway
Classic London black and white diamond checkerboard pattern floor tiles. Crittall style partition with metal base separates ground floor rooms. Double door opening in partition, where applicable.
Stairs
European oak engineered stair treads boards with bespoke black powder coated metal balustrade.
Flooring
European oak engineered floorboards laid in ladder parquet to landings, study and living areas and kitchen. Fitted warm grey carpet to bedrooms. Honed Carrara marble hexagon tile to master bathroom, en-suites and WC floors.
Laundry
Separate laundry room with integrated Siemens washing machine and tumble dryer. Combined washing machine/tumble dryer in Type B townhouses.
Heating, Cooling and Hot Water
Heating is provided by a centralised wet heating system. Comfort cooling is provided by Fan Coil Units. Hot water is provided from the development’s central plant with each townhouse having an individually metered system.
Electrics
Energy efficient lighting fitted in all rooms, where appropriate. Double UK plug sockets with integrated USB chargers and double dimmers featured in bedrooms. Switch plates and sockets in accordance with IEE regulations. TV/FM and telephone points for high speed broadband internet access and communal satellite dish with connection points provided.
